Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our astrology and consultation services. We are committed to providing genuine guidance and a professional experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any booking.

1. Nature of Our Services

All astrology consultations, tarot readings, numerology consultations, life coaching sessions, and personalized reports are customized digital services prepared specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of these services, they cannot be returned or reused.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Payments are non-refundable once:

The consultation has started or has been completed.

A personalized report has been prepared or delivered.

A consultation has been conducted via phone, video call, WhatsApp, email, or any other digital platform.

The client is dissatisfied with the prediction, guidance, or outcome, as astrology and life coaching provide guidance and not guaranteed results.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment for the same booking.

Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error.

Payment received but the consultation or report could not be provided due to our fault.

We cancel the appointment and are unable to offer an alternative schedule.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a completed appointment and no refund will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including birth date, birth time, birth place, and any other required details.

No refund will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client affects the consultation or report.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and life coaching are advisory services based on traditional knowledge, experience, and personal interpretation.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome relating to relationships, marriage, career, finances, business, health, legal matters, or any other aspect of life.

7. Refund Request Process

For eligible refund requests, please contact us within 48 hours of the payment with:
